NebulaOne
NebulaOne is a University authorized AI platform developed by the software company CloudForce. It allows UMW faculty, staff, and students access to premium AI models from many AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) without the need to sign up for individual accounts on those platforms.
Data entered into NebulaOne is contained within UMW’s Microsoft tenant and is not used for training or development of AI models.
Student use of NebulaOne (and any other AI tool) in UMW classes is at the discretion of the instructor. Students should consult the syllabus and/or their instructor before using AI in coursework.
By default, users have limited access to AI models and features in NebulaOne. If your work requires access to additional AI features, contact the IT Help Desk to discuss your needs and upgrade your permissions.
